Short Description
This issue fixes a crash that happens when attempting to unlink an Equipment Type in the Panel Grid of the Uncertainty Study dialog.
Version 9.4.1 Example
Note that in version 9.4.1, that the Crash Reporter dialog is displayed when attempting to unlink an Equipment Type.
Version 9.5 Example
In version 9.5, an Equipment Type record can be unlinked as expected.
