Ape Issue 3529 for Calibration Control Version 9.5
Short Description
This issue fixes a crash that happens when attempting to add an Equipment Type in the Panel Grid of the Uncertainty Study dialog.
Version 9.4.1 Example
Note that in version 9.4.1, that the Crash Reporter dialog is displayed when pressing the Add Record [+] button.
Version 9.5 Example
In version 9.5, an Equipment Type record can be added as expected.
