The way some people have published for fixing the problem with metahuman's mouth not closing has a problem. It can remove some motion from the mouth and any other part of the face you use it on.
This tutorial shows you how to properly calibrate your metahuman's face to work with YOUR face. You can use this to make the metahuman's motions a better match to your own, or to exaggerate their motions if you want.

Of course, you still have to remember to look into the camera and actually ACT when doing mocap! ;-)

As an amazon affiliate I earn a little money to support the channel if you order from these amazon links, there is no extra cost to you. Some things may be cheaper in local stores.

When using LiveLink face for mocap it works better if you position the iPad/iPhone camera right at eye level in front of you. I use this stand for my iPad and iPhone, very adjustable and sturdy.

This Selfie Stick with tripod feet also works good if you are using an iPhone on a tabletop and includes an iPhone mount.
