2013 Lotus Cup Europe Dijon Production Class fast qualification lap
This is my last and fastest lap in qualification session. My pace was 1'36" in free session. I did 5 quick lap in qualification. Last 2 laps were 1"35"149 and then this very good 1'34"691. I pit in after this lap to check tyres pressure. I had no precise idea of my pace (chrono was off in the car), team told me it was enough, and I agreed easily.
My experience in Dijon was 15 laps 5 years ago. I did 19 laps between free practice and qualification to get to this pace. Checking the video I can notice some too early gear changes and racing line not perfect especially after the long first right corner. Maybe another 0.5 to catch.
