You can see how we can use our prototyping SMT line to assemble PCBAs during the development of new electrical/electronic products.
Here in the prototyping lab we're able to design your PCB, add the solder paste, place the components, and run them through the reflow oven. After that, they go through testing and we make adjustments.
When developing a new product, having a lot of different resources (R&D, prototyping, testing, plastic injection molding, PCBA…) on the same site allows for much faster progress. That’s something our customers find very helpful.
