PoE 3.23: Affliction - 100M+ DPS Vaal Volcanic Fissure Hateforge Pathfinder Build Guide
This is a Vaal Volcanic fissure Hateforge Strength Stacking Pathfinder making use of the new charms in 3.23 Affliction league to get easy rage sustain with Redblade Banner. With hateforge, Redblade Banner and Maximum Rage, I can use 5 vaal volcanic fissures each time I Warcry. For mapping I use soul gain prevention sextant. This build can still do invitations using the burst damage from 5 vaal volcanic fissures per warcry. Vaal volcanic fissure's damage effectiveness is insane at 22 * 220% = 4840% damage per use, or 4840% * 2 = 9680% per use with nimis and all overlapping projectiles hitting from only 2 fissures. This video is more of a showcase of hateforge / with redblade banner and vaal volcanic fissure. This is not a full strength stacking build guide, but the general strength stacking build is getting strength with battlemage's cry (makes spell damage apply to attacks), iron fortress, iron will (makes strength apply to spell damage) , and replica alberon's warpath (flat chaos damage).
This build can do any t16 map mod and any blue altar. I can't really see who I am fighting, but as the video shows, it doesn't matter, lol. The build is near immortal and vaal volcanic fissure auto-aims and goes off screen.
The defense template on this build, as well as hateforge + redblade banner + warcry charm can be used for any other vaal attack skill that can use a shield. I made a follow up video trying out vaal lightning strike replacing strength gear with magic find.
The budget of this build entirely depends on the cost of hateforge, as that is the most important and potentially expensive item of this build. You do not need a perfect hateforge, and could always divine it with ~16 divines for a max roll. I bought a perfect rage cost reduction Hateforge for 14 divines, 2 weeks ago.

Belt was crafted with essences + suffixes cannot be changed reroll
Ring was bought for cheap (for suffixes only), gamble annulled, then suffix cannot be changed reroll.
