The Rev. Henry Isaac has tested his faith as a journeyman window washer since 1974, and shared his faith as a preacher since 1994. He currently washes for Shine On Group and ministers to the congregations of Englewood's New Zion Grove MBC and Austin's Community Fellowship MBC.

Director Nadav Kurtz is a filmmaker currently based in Beacon, NY, who has worked with the Chicago post-production firm Cutters since 2007. In summer 2011, Nadav produced two documentaries on Chicago window washers. The other, Paraíso, paraisofilm.com, won Best Documentary Short at the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival, played many other festivals and was shortlisted for an Academy Award. Brian Ashby and Ben Kolak's directorial debut, Scrappers, scrappersmovie.com, won Best Documentary at the 2010 Chicago Underground Film Festival and made Roger Ebert's top 10 list of documentary films for that year. Dan Truog is an editor at Barbary Post, San Francisco, barbarypost.com. Graphic Designer Akemi Hong is Senior Designer at JB Chicago, and an instructor at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Assistant designer Shabaka Verna is a recent graduate of Benito Juarez Community Academy High School planning to begin college in autumn 2013.
