Founders Under The Stars
West Valley College celebrates their 60th anniversary of academic excellence this year. The kickoff to the year of events was our Founders Under the Stars where are college's founders including Justice Edward A. Panelli, Richard Schwendinger, Dr. Lydia Gloria Harris, Melvin Tuscher, Kookie Fitzsimmons, and West Valley-Mission Community College District Chancellor Bradley Davis spoke on a panel led by President Jennifer Taylor-Mendoza. A crowd of over 250 enjoyed the event followed by shows in our stellar Jean and E. Floyd Planetarium.
