Speedpaint #2 -Breath of Air-
This is the next video in my speed-painting series. These videos will be released every week.
The title of this speedpaint is "Breath of Air". This is a story about a mermaid giving a drowning guy some air. It is about when someone feels they are losing control and getting lost in the darkness and all they need is someone to help them out a bit.
This is a very experimental piece. I thought of the title first and was wondering what the story of the piece should be. I came up with this and I enjoyed it as a whole. It's a nice concept and I think I have delivered it well. This concept piece took about 3h I believe, so I am happy with how it has come out.
I still haven't come up with a set way of doing digital pieces but I have enjoyed taking a drawing and inking that as I find traditional easier than digital.
