Please welcome Tateno Suzu, a Japanese university student currently studying in South Korea. She is one of the seven countries that have gathered together in order to amplify young voices in talking about the issue of peaceful Korean reunification from a globalized perspective. Given its physical closeness and its economic potential to the Korean Peninsula, Japan is another country whose perspective will be useful in discussing the issue of peaceful Korean reunification. We hope that viewers will be able to further understand the complexities that surround the issue of peaceful Korean reunification by learning more about the Japanese perspective.

PSCORE’s 2020 Webinar is an opportunity for young voices from all over the world to contribute their thoughts and ideas to the discourse on peaceful Korean reunification. Young adults from seven different countries (North Korea, South Korea, the United States, Japan, Russia, China, and Germany) have gathered to offer diverse perspectives, express their opinions, and learn from one another. This webinar proves how the issue of peaceful Korean reunification is becoming more globalized and warrants international attention and cooperation.
