Heading to the Wild Area! | Pokemon Sword Nuzlocke - Episode 3
Our story continues in Pokemon Sword with Essenzu going on a Let's Play adventure.. but with a twist, a nuzlocke! This is episode 3. He goes on through his story to become the champion of the Galar region. In today's episode, he continues onward to Professor Magnolia's house, receiving an endorsement. Afterward, Hop and Essenzu head to Motostoke and reach the Wild Area. Don't know what a Pokemon Nuzlocke is? Well, I'll explain it to you. Have fun and adventure on.
What is a Nuzlocke?
A Nuzlocke is a set of challenges made by the community of Pokemon to make the games more difficult, by adding limitations to what they can do to make the playthrough as difficult as possible. The rules of a Nuzlocke are that if a Pokemon faints, it is counted as "dead", meaning that you can never use that Pokemon ever again throughout the playthrough series. Another rule is that you may only catch one and the very first Pokemon you encounter per route. However, story and static encounters do not count as such. The final rule in a Nuzlocke is that if you ever lose a battle and whiteout, the series is over. It is game over, and you may not continue onward.
