This week we have Priyanka Kumari, core member of IEEE-WIE to give us a Ride into the world of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Artificial Intelligence is the engineering of making intelligent machines and programs. AI replicate or mimic human intelligence and involves intelligence agents and autonomous entities that perceives the environment and take actions to maximize their chances to achieve success towards its goal. Machine learning provides system the ability to learn from past experiences without being explicitly programmed. It allows machines to gain Intelligence, thereby enabling Artificial Intelligence. Data Science is use of statistical methods to find patterns in the data. Artificial intelligence and machine learning are being increasingly used in various functions such as image processing, robotics, healthcare and many other fields and it's applications is definitely fascinating.
