Making a Collet Chuck for my Emco CNC Lathe

My new little Emco CNC lathe needs a collet chuck. I already restored the original 3 jaw chuck which came with the machine but for some parts it's good to have a collet chuck on hand as well.

I used a iso40 taper ER20 milling tool as a starting point which I modified to fit my little machine.
