Epic Junk Journal Thrift Haul: Treasures Found
Join me for an epic craft haul from Gio Fund Thrift Store—an amazing organization in Wilmington, NC, dedicated to funding care for high-risk dogs. As if we needed another excuse to thrift shop—haha! I’m obsessed with this place for so many reasons, and this haul proves why.
In this video, I’m unveiling all the treasures I scored at Gio Fund! I hit the jackpot with a handful of Little Golden Books (including a peek at an LGB cover I’ve transformed before). I also snagged some unique books perfect for crafting standout junk journal signature pages. Next up, I’ll show off some awesome office supplies, killer acrylic paint pens, adorable stickers, and a Snoopy notebook begging to become a journal. Sewing patterns? Yep, got those too!
Then, things get even wilder—I found what I’m calling a “paint by bead” piece, a beaded fabric with seashells on a beach that’s screaming to be a journal cover. And just when I thought I was done, I raided the purse section and—surprise—now I want to turn them all into journals too. Is there anything here I don’t want to make a journal out of? Nope, not really! Happy crafting 😊
