AS Bio Calibration Curve
How to make a calibrations curve.
1. Use known concentrations and measure absorbance using a colorimeter
2. Plot conc on the X axis against absrobance on the Y axis
3. Measure absorbance of unknown, find the number of on the Y axis, findthe intercept with the curve of best fit, read concentration of the x axis.
