MACH 2024 I NEXIV Video Measuring Systems
This year at @MACHexhibitionshow , Phil Wilson, the NEXIV Group Director, introduced a new feature of Nikon's video measuring systems. He highlighted the Confocal systems, which are used for highly accurate height measurements and surface topography analysis. One specific application of these Confocal systems is measuring #wirebond heights in electronic components.
