Lenovo IdeaPad 3 cannot install Windows due to missing Wi-Fi driver.
Get a USB Wi-Fi adapter, they cost about 7-10$.
Plug it in and the Wi-Fi networks will appear during the Windows 11 installation process.
By default when you install Windows 11, the laptop will not have the Wi-Fi drivers installed by default, because of that, you won't be able to finish or continue the Windows installation.
