Gum Tree Canoe (Banjo)
A nice little song, written by Silas S. Steele in 1847. Steele also wrote the "Rose of Alabama/y". Both songs are featured on the @2ndSouthCarolinaStringBand channel, and I first heard it from them.
The Tombigee is a river in Eastern Mississippi and Western Alabama.
I am playing a @GardnersDulcimer Minstrel Banjo in Curly Maple.
