Moulting
here we have the Moulting of Colombian Blue bottle and of Vietnam bue tarantula. The bluebottle turned out to be male, and the Vietnam blue female.
PS as you can see in the video grain mites are everywhere, apart from the popular belief they are not harmful, annoying maybe but they do act like how springtails do. Note to self I need loads of springtails to outcompete this grain mites.
