Vortex Edge - Long Range Class Gear Overview
The gear in this video is a great representation of what our instructors recommend students come to train with during our full-day long-range classes as part of the Long-Range Pipeline in our Total Shooter Program. If you’re taking one of our half-day Intro to Long-Range classes, there’s no need to bring any gear at all as we’ll be supplying everything you see in the video plus ammo! Long range precision rifle capable of sub-MOA accuracy (Ruger Precision Rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor shown)
Riflescope capable of dialing accurately and repeatably at long distance. Exposed elevation turret and comprehensive reticle capable of being used for holdovers is the minimum requirement.
Bipod for rifle
Factory match-grade ammunition. 150 rounds per day
