One thing I forgot to mention is I have my roll and pitch sensitivity (both) to -50 and reactivity to -40 on TCA yoke
once again 50 feet eyes down runway to judge dec rate, 40 feet start reducing power/ start flaring 30 -20 feet keep reducing power and yoke pressure back 10 (idle) more back pressure and hold don't let go (also at 10 any rudder and yoke for winds.)
