Today I live in an apartment, without any acoustic treatment, and I can't even record videos with a condenser microphone because it's difficult to process the audio with so much echo from the room and external noise.
The dynamic microphone is more directional, focuses more on my voice and reduces room noise. So when I need to record on the computer, I've been using it.
