Solutions to aggression cases can often seem elusive. When professionals come to me asking for guidance on a case, the first thing I do is start asking questions. More often than not, crucial information is missing. Once the trainer finds the answers to these questions, the solutions often make themselves readily apparent.
Knowing the right questions to ask is one thing, the next piece of the puzzle is developing an intake and onboarding workflow that allows us to gather this crucial information in a streamlined and efficient way.
