It's okay to feel fear - it's totally normal. When it comes to courage vs. fearlessness, my theory is that courage is more valuable and 'helpful' to think about. I don't have any tips for eradicating fear entirely - I'm not sure if absolute fearlessness is possible - but if you want to be able to act courageously in spite of fear, this video may help. I recorded it right on the edge of a "sure-death drop" cliff edge in the Grand Canyon. I've got a couple more of these videos in the pipeline so if you appreciate the extra editing, show some love & let your boy know!
