Output Tab - [✔] Enable Write Caching On Disk
Options Tab - Normal Priority, [✖] Skip Recording While Frame isn't Updated, [✔] Use Enhanced Capture Method
Size - Fit Height x 650 (Maybe changing to 720), FPS - 36 (probably will be using 40 next time), Codec - Motion JPEG Codec, Quality - 75
Audio - PCM, Stereo, 48000Hz
