After Effects Dad: Lola with Special Powers; runs fast like Superman
This video is my daughter who says she can run super-sonic fast. So I made this video up to show her running as fast as Superman.
Footage was taken on my iPhone 5 and edited with Adobe After Effects and Twixtor.
