Tiny House Tour :: Luxury living in a tiny house

one of my favorite quotes and as i have shared here many times, it’s definitely a synopsis of my tiny house build and this 7 year journey. we still have soooo very far to go to achieve the things Dr. King spoke of in his, “I Have a Dream Speech” - but, i hope to remain encouraged to keep having the faith to move forward and hope the same for others.

this is a stick built tiny house, the total square footage is ~480.
the taller structure is my original tiny house i designed and built in 2015. it is built on a custom triple axle trailer and is ~280sq feet of interior space, not including the two lofts.
the sunroom space is new construction i also designed and just recently completed. it is ~200sq feet of interior space and is attached to the tiny house and on foundation. [i don’t intend to move my home anymore.]
much of my decor i have had for many years from my previous homes and is from places like world market, pier one, home goods, TJ maxx, marshalls, target, etsy, ikea, etc.
bonus: the ladder to access the loft above the bathroom is behind the couch where the mud cloth is hanging.
bonus x2: my walk-in closet is located behind the mural that is across from the kitchen.
bonus x3: for anyone planning to comment and say this is no longer a tiny house, i can vacuum my WHOLE house from one outlet location -yep, it’s still a tiny house. 🖤
