InteliGen 500 G2 – The new generation of advanced paralleling gen-set controller
Our well-known and established controller InteliGen 500 now has a successor, InteliGen 500 G2, which enhances InteliGen 500´s features towards greater cyber security, improved communication possibilities, and more flexibility for a configuration.
Moreover, the new generation of InteliGen 500 is also designed to fully replace the older “all-in-one“ InteliGen NT and InteliGen NTC controllers, which means a significant broadening of the InteliGen 500 G2 capabilities. For doing so, the Extended Features Software Key is needed to be added into InteliGen 500 G2.
What are the key functions of these Extended Features accessed by the Software Key?
• Shared signals for sharing any binary or analog signal via a CAN line: less wiring and more binary inputs and outputs available thanks to Shared Signals.
• More PLC Blocks for higher flexibility that give customers the possibility to build their own advanced logic for applications.
• Controller redundancy for minimising solution downtime.
• Power management with 4 levels for starting/stopping gensets
