Легкоотделяемые прибыли.
С целью уменьшения объема работ на участке пост обработки, произвели ряд экспериментов с легкоотделяемыми прибылями.
Суть эксперимента: в труднодоступных для режущего инструмента местах, устанавливается прибыль с "тонкой" шейкой, позволяющей удалить элемент ударным способом, с последующей зачисткой.
Для получения шейки формуем пластину по ХТС, у полученной пластины есть фаска с внутренней стороны, было 2 эксперимента с фаской к телу и от тела детали.
Итог: прибыль достаточно легко отделяется ударным способом, прибыль срабатывает, не смотря на шейку. Однако, при установке пластины фаской от детали, периодически возникают заломы, заходящие в тело детали, при установке пластины фаской к детали, объем металла под зачистку остается довольно большим, в дальнейшей работе можно будет уменьшить фаску и привести объем металла к приемлемым значениям, поэтому подписывайтесь и возможно увидите продолжение этой работы и не только)))
