108 times chanting of the mantra AUM for healing, purification & connecting with your higher self.
The mantra AUM or OM is short yet extremely powerful. It is the eternal sound of the universe and consists of 3 sub-sounds, A, U & M.
'A' awakens our senses (both physical & spiritual),
'U' represents our meditative & dream state, which includes inward experiences (channels both conscious & subconscious mind),
'M' signifies the attainment of deep sleep like state, where our mind is without any desire.
Chanting of AUM harmonizes our own frequency to the resonance frequency of the universe. As the count of AUM starts & increases towards the 108th, you can feel the vibration of the sound of AUM getting imbibed within yourself.
Chanting of AUM not only connects us to the almighty, higher forces, the universe, whoever we are spiritually inclined to, but it helps us to connect with our own inner self.
Chanting of AUM leads us to release our fear, anxiety, stress & any negative emotion buried deep within our subconscious mind. Hence, it helps us to overcome depression, loneliness, insomnia & strengthens our mind to quit any addiction or bad habit.
