[Minecraft Bukkit/Spigot] Flare Gun Speed Code

What is the Poll?
I am asking you, if I took the time to program a custom Minecraft PvP game and streamed it on a live stream. Would you come and play?
Here is a Flare gun plugin coded in Java using the Bukkit/Spigot API for Minecraft servers.
When the player right-clicks a golden hoe it launches a ghast tear item that can't be picked up, then on a loop the code will spawn an instant firework at the location of the ghast tear creating a flare effect. When the ghast tear hits the ground or gets destroyed the flare will "die".
