Whole slide imaging (WSI) is a technique in medical imaging that involves scanning an entire glass slide containing biological tissue at high magnification and digitizing it into a single image. These images can be as large as four gigabytes in size and contain a vast amount of cellular-level information.

Working with WSI files poses some challenges, especially if we want to use them as ML training data. In this video we’ll discuss how to use V7 for digital pathology and WSI tissue samples.
