The House of the Dead 4 (Geeks Mania - Madison, WI)
A Japanese House of the Dead 4 deluxe with an original working monitor. Sadly, just like the House of the Dead III at this same arcade, both guns were pretty much broken, which was very disappointing. Oh well.
