Step 1 download wugfresh (nexus root toolkit)
Step 2 open toolkit
Step 3 Select Soft-Bricked/Bootloop and click Flash Stock + Unroot
Step 4 Ask you for your android version if you don't know just choose the latest one 4.4.4
and just follow the instruction and restore your nexus
Step 5. Make sure you select Automatically download + extract the factory image selected above for me
Step 6 be patient on reboot it might take 5-10 minutes

My tip would if your nexus is not being recognized by your computer use the second toolkit and the option 1 to install the drive. ( It is in the same menu where option 3 is to unlock and option 4 is to root)
