Remember to write down the addons or extensions you want to reinstall before refreshing firefox. This will remove all addons.

1) Click on the four bars icon on the top right
2) Click on the questionmark icon on the bottom right
3) “Troubleshooting Information”
4) “Refresh Firefox”
5) The browser will close and then reopen. There will be a data folder created on your desktop from the old data. You can delete this.
6) You are good to go
