Learning Template Applications Part 2
in this segment I continue with the previous application and show how to pre-populate the new fingerprint when a new document layout comes in. This will help speed the process of creating new fingerprints.There is a section where I show how to look up values using a regular expression and another section where I show how to create a pull down menu for a field value. This will work on any field type, not just on the learning template application.
There is one more set of videos coming that show how to create a gateway application to route different document types to different applications. This is important because learning template applications are really good at a single document type and if you are dropping all kinds of different documents into a scanner you may need a pre-sort.
