The Guji:
Toothache sweet chocolate. Cherry. Brut Champagne. Young Raspberries. light body. Acidity through the finish. Well done roaster Yil. Me likey.
The 36hrs Anaerobic Natural:
Hard Strawberry candy. Gushers. Fruit roll-up. rich Devils chocolate cake. Syrupy. Heavy body. A Big Boozy Pinot.
