A short doc following Matt Hanson and his journey in an attempt to qualify for the olympic trials in the marathon. Matt is a triathlete with 12 professional wins, but he has never raced in a standalone marathon event. He's running the California International Marathon on December 1st, 2023 as a last ditch effort to see if he can qualify for the Olympic trials. A time of 2:18:00 or less earns him a spot.
