Titanfall 2: (PC) Can't Connect To Server and Error Code 408 Possible Fix
TL;DR Disable all, but one Network Adapter even if you don't use them

A commentor by the name of Adri Del also had this comment with more to add, so if this doesn't work alone try disabling Blutooth as well, and gamestream if you have a shield:
"For me it worked! TY! But I had to disable bluetooth and gamestream too so I cannot play on my shield devices or link my phone to the computer"
As a last ditch effort use VPN according to: ぼると。
Alright, so this issue has plagued me all night. I stayed up to play this game and was stuck with the singleplayer hoping it would be fixed. Evidently it wasn't, so here is the fix which I just found on some random online article.
