My favorite suite of plugins has just been updated. The Nik Collection has been revamped and is completing its transformation with the release of new versions of two plugins: Nik HDR and Nik Sharpener.
This new version is much more than a simple update; it's a complete overhaul of the suite of eight applications.
Millions of lines of code have been rewritten, patiently since the Nik Collection was acquired from Google in 2017.
Today, with version 6.3, these powerful tools integrate seamlessly into workflows.
Above all, it's an excellent alternative to Photoshop, which will always be the most powerful tool, but also the most complex and time-consuming to master.
As they say, you know when you open Photoshop, but you don't know when you'll close it.
Here, it's simple, fast, intuitive, and you don't need a PhD in Photoshop to successfully edit your photos.
The software can be downloaded as a plugin or as a standalone application, and what's great is that the new version, 6.3, is compatible with older versions of the Nik Collection.
So, there's no risk of erasing your old version; you can download the new one and use it for free for 30 days to form your own opinion (no payment required).
As you know, I never recommend a product I don't use myself, and especially not one I'm not 100% satisfied with. So you can go ahead with your eyes closed.
