Super easy zucchini casserole recipe! I make this zucchini casserole when I don't have time to cook! 15 minutes and a very tasty and filling dish is ready! Ingredients:
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 carrot
1 pepper
1 zucchini
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
150ml milk
3 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
100 g cheddar cheese
Bunch parsley
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 30 minutes
