In this #IndicTalk, Part II of Brainwashed Republic, Neeraj Atri talks about the vandalism and iconoclasm of Islamic invaders in India and how they destroyed Indian heritage and culture. He then goes on to describe how secular authors try to whitewash the crimes of Islamic invaders and hide them to give a biased view of Indian history. He tells us how Indian textbooks claim that all rulers, Hindua and Muslim, destroyed temples but they do not cite any reference to support their claims. Neeraj Atri tells us that history, both by Muslim and Hindu historians give references which shows that only Islamic invaders destroyed Hindu temples.
Neeraj Atri tells us that not only NCERT writers, but our first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru also whitewashed history to whitewash the crimes of Islamic invaders, hiding their crimes and actually portraying them as heroes.
