VS Velocity Baton the new area denial grenade launcher which can drop from the dungeon Vesper's Host can do some rather incredible things with the perk attrition orbs. As this is counted on a per hit basis and this frame deals a lot of rapid tick damage multiple orbs can be generated per shot.
1 orb is generated per 10 ticks of either area denial damage / impact damage or a combination of both. Meaning that it can generate 2 orbs per shot against a single target or much more against groups of enemies.
