“We were on a break!” -Ross
Thanks to #rossandrachel we all see how messy a #relationship can be when we aren’t clear on what the actual status is. #Romantics especially can be susceptible to assuming #relationships are more “on” than the other person might feel. I argue we are in a relationship if we are in any way communicating with or spending time with someone, even if it hasn’t been officially defined as a committed partnership or being exclusive with one another. Obviously this isn’t necessarily the same thing as when two people have made it “official,” but it’s still a relationship nevertheless! #therapist
