2004 - 2009 Prius battery Replacement _ The Cost to Fix it RIGHT
Brand new (not re-manufactured) battery pack for our Gen II 2007 Prius!
After months of replacing 1 or 2 of the 28 batteries in our 2007 Prius at a time we decided on purchasing a new set of batteries instead of replacing old worn out batteries with slightly less worn out batteries. On a side note the new batteries have quite the shine to them, too bad they will be hidden under an ugly metal cover! This video follows the steps I took, according to the included manual, to remove the old 28 batteries and install the new 14 batteries.
We have been driving the car for 1 month now with no warning lights or other symptoms we were experiencing with the old pack. Stick around for a video that will be uploaded soon with the results of me testing the capacity of one of the new batteries in comparison to the originals I took out of the pack.
