Invalid Number. Beep Beep Beep SOLVED (Can't Call Anybody!) Android Mobile Phone Problem
If your Android cell phone stopped working and you cannot call anybody at all, then all you have to do is change one setting to make it work again. Somehow having an LTE functionality enabled can cause this problem on this phone at least, I hope it solves it for you as well. Let us know in the comments!
