A short promotional film produced for the University of Toronto National Fund campaign. It includes much of the footage of the 1958 short film, ""Pursuit of Wisdom"", but with an added emphasis on the need for corporate and individual giving. This message is driven home in added footage of costly new scientific research equipment such as the sub-critical atomic reactor, wind tunnels at the Institute of Aerophysics, and the increasing use of computers. The effect of increased enrolment on the physical fabric of the University and on the teaching methods is portrayed; large classes contrast with a traditional seminar led by Professor Donald Grant Creighton. President Claude Thomas Bissell provides a closing address.
