Here are 3 fast high-protein lunch ideas that you can meal prep for on a Sunday!
Today, I'm in my kitchen meal prepping some high-protein lunches that include a lentil and bean soup, a buffalo chicken salad, and some juicy, well-seasoned chicken breasts!
Did you know lentils are super high in protein? Lentils offer 18 grams of plant-based protein and 15 grams of fiber per cooked cup of lentils! That's a lot in one small bowl of soup, and this soup is loaded with vegetables to keep you full.
In my vacation meal prep video, I made a a chicken salad that was absolutely delicious using canned chicken, and this time, I'm switching it up and making a buffalo chicken salad. Super good in a wrap, on a bed of lettuce, on in between toasted sourdough bread.
Baked chicken breasts is one of the easiest things you can meal prep! I'm baking 4 chicken breasts at 400 degrees for 40 minutes and I'm seasoning my chicken with Kinder's Santa Maria seasoning and a Buttery Steakhouse seasoning.
All of this food will keep in the fridge for the whole week!

Buffalo Chicken Salad:
3 cans canned chicken
2-3 celery, diced
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
salt and pepper
