John-Paul Miller, the Pastor of Solid Rock Church in Myrtle Beach, SC, once again blames his wife's mental health for a critical moment in this saga.
March 11th... John-Paul says his wife did something she would've never done if she was on her medication. But friends and family say she was the happiest she's been in quite some time.
And with that, the blame game continues as to why Mica Miller took her life in a North Carolina state park on April 27th.
