This is my personal opinion on how you use outer dust, because so many people say he gets outclassed by error but he doesnt. Infact he might actually be STRONGER than error at soloing. Again, this is my opinion and I dont want this taken too seriously, its just a small tips and tricks thing I wanted to share.
